Omega Juicers Review

Omega Juicers have been around for over 40 years and over that course of time they continued to increase in popularity. The popularity of these juicers is due in part to the fact that this company is not content to rest on their laurels, but rather continue to improve their juicers both for personal and commercial use. Omega juicers popularity is also due to the fact that this company offers a wide variety of juicers including both centrifuge and masticating juicers as well as juicers especially made for citrus and those with pulp ejection.

Omega Juicers Overview

Since the Omega Juicers cover the entire spectrum of various types of juicers you can buy, there are going to be some major differences between the juicers that this company makes however, it is possible to present you with a general overview of these juicers so that you have some idea of what one of these juicers can offer.

  • All the Omega Juicers line-up are designed to be attractive and durable. This is important because most people don’t want unattractive appliances sitting on their counter tops, and this won’t be a problem with any of these juicers.
  • All Omega juicers come with a warranty and these warranties run from 3 to 15 years, which is a real benefit to users should any problems arise.
  • Most Omega juicers come with a 1 to 3HP motor
  • Omega offers juicers in both vertical and Horizontal models.
  • Reasonably price: These juicers often run between $150.00 and $300.00 depending on the models and where you purchase them.

Two Juicers that Epitomize The Best of Omega

While all of Omega Juicers are designed to last for years and are considered by many to be some of the best juicers on the market, there are two juicers in this line-up of juicers which epitomize the best of Omega juicers so here is a closer look at these two juicers.

The Omega 1000

The Omega 1000 is the original juicer this company offered it’s customer 40 years ago and is still just as popular today as it was 40 years ago. Surprisingly over this 40 year span very few changes have been made to the original juicer, with the exception of a more durable motor that was introduced 16 years ago. This Centrifugal juicer (as well as the rest of this company’s centrifugal line-up) is designed so that it extracts 20% to 30% more juice than most other centrifuge juicers on the market even those that have been made in recent years.

Omega J8006 Nutrition Center

The Omega company makes a number of different nutrition centers of which the Omega J8006 is the most popular. The J8006 is a dual stage masticating juicer that is excellent at juicing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables including leafy greens and wheat grass.

However, this juicer does more than just juice this produce. It also serves to help you create a lot of other fresh healthy food as well such as nut butters, baby food, and soy milk. It extrudes pasta, grinds coffee and spices and even minces herbs and garlic making it possible for you to create all types of healthy dishes as well as that nutrient rich fresh raw juice.

Omega continues to improve their product lines and market shares. In 2003, Omega came out with the 5th and 6th generations of juicers (Omega 8007, Omega 8008, Omega NC800HDS, Omega NC900HDC) which took the best of Omega 8006 and enhance it even further to combine and best of the past features and adding on some positive features that have been missing.

If you are looking for a durable and high quality juicers regardless of whether that juicer is centrifugal or masticating that won’t break the budget, then spending a bit of time reading through the various Omega juicer reviews may just be worth your time when you find the perfect juicer to meet your needs.
